Back Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have a sharp pain on my right upper side of my back it Kinda goes from being severe to hardly there but I can always feel it ever. It used to come and go but now it’s been here almost 2 months. Some days hurts to breath or turn a certain way. I know I’m in a flare because I’m having wrist pain, stiffness in the am and stomach issues. But this back pain scares me. Anybody know what I’m talking about?

Sounds muscular. I had a doctor tell me that when it hurts to take a deep breath that usually means it’s a muscle.

Try some bio freez or something. Try a heating pad. I'd try a muscle relaxer or if not maybe advil . If heat dont help try ice. Or if to bad see your dr. Hugs and Prayers

Yes. I use an acupuncture mat and see a physiotherapy to dry needle the area to release tension in my muscles. Hot showers or baths can help too.
