I have had some issues with this but I feel for me it is the raising of my arms above and behind my head that causes my neck and arm muscles to ache and then causes a headache.

No I don’t, I think it’s the heat that causes headaches

Do you use products on your hair with chemicals? “Fragrance” listed on product? Can cause headaches

I could see that happening...when my heat gets hot it hurts.
