Members connected over the frustrating experience of itchy joints and skin spots that come with fibromyalgia, describing sensations that feel like bug bites, stinging, or even electric shocks in recurring spots like elbows, wrists, knees, and feet. Several members shared relief methods that work for them, including eucalyptus or menthol roll-ons, baby wipes with aloe to cool the skin, and simply not scratching to avoid making it worse. A recurring theme was the comfort of realizing these odd symptoms are shared by others in the community, validating that they are part of fibromyalgia and not something more worrying.

I do, i get it in regular spots like wrists, forearms, hands, feet, etc, but also in random areas too. Feels like bug bites, or bugs crawling on me..or a stinging sensation. Sometimes it's mild, other times it feels like i stuck a random spot on my body into an outlet and was shocked. i also get those red spots on my ankles and sometimes around my eyes.
