I am really in the mood for things to make me feel better. What are your go to comfort products for when you're vulnerable from pain?

#1 My hubby spent his bonus in 2018 on me, buying a tempur firm mattress.
Said you’re spending so much time in bed you need to be comfortable.
I love it 🥰.
#2 I wear sketchers on my feet. Supportive but so very comfortable. Wide fit so my toes don’t feel squashed and more support than slippers.
#3 my fur babies. Give me comfort when I’m sad. Keep me warm longer than any heat bag & motivate me to move around.
#4 dry needling & chiropractor that specialises in auto immune conditions. Compassionate, caring & understanding.

The Quell device developed by Harvard and MIT. Blocks the pain signal from reaching the brain where pain is interpreted .

clothes wise my favorite sweatpants came from bankygirl creations and my husband's baggy shirts. I love my sleep number bed and being able to adjust firmness according to my pain levels. If I'm stuck in bed due to pain I play on the Playstation or the switch or I like to read on my kindle. Sleepy time tea from celestial seasonings for insomnia is nice. Seeing my chiropractor. Biofreeze gel to help with back and rib pain. Snuggles from my kids and puppies definitely help. Heating pad.
