Fibromyalgia, Celiac Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, chronic constipation with relation intestinal obstruction, PTSD, multi sensory disorder, insomnia, and premature menopause onset in my early 30's.
In addition to having fibro, I was diagnosed with IBS and interstitial cystitis (IC), which I understand frequently occurs with fibro... for me, it felt like I was having a UTI, but I wasn't... It was just irritation in my bladder and muscle tightness in that area in general. I was able to see a urologist who specialized in women's issues and she helped me manage my symptoms a lot. If you think this could be you, I'd see a urologist and ask about IC.
I have always had a lot of UTI's. I have had fibro since I was 21. I had endometriosis until I had a hysterectomy at 35. I do believe fibro goes along with a lot of other issues. Especially gyno problems.
