Who experiences new symptoms out of nowhere? My breast, especially left is constantly uncomfortable, sore after wearing certain bras, and arm pit and upper arms hurt. Also pain shoots to my back as well. Help? Who struggles with this?

Bras are one of my worst triggers! I finally tried the silicone stick on bras. There are no straps or elastic bands to cause pressure anywhere. Regular bras can cause me to go into a full body meltdown until I get it off. I'm about a B cup so they're great for me because I don't need the support of straps. The invisible bras have been a life changer!

Can also be due to hormonal changes with your monthly cycle. I have this some times really bad. It's not just pain they feel almost bigger πŸ˜‚ yes get checked out but don't make yourself sick worrying as lots of people have it.

Please go and have a Breast Check and have a Mammogram and Ultrasound.

You may have Costochondritis I have this and it affects my breasts giving me breast pain as well as Ribcage pain some underwire Bra's do hurt at times.

But it is always best to get your breasts checked by your Doctor.

I knew I was forgetting something important lol! As long as I get it on when I'm fairly dry, it stays put through my swamp monster sweats hahaha. They have little holes all over, and a special center area so your skin can breathe. Be Very Careful when you take it off though because it's almost like taking heart monitor tabs off. I made that mistake the first time I went to pull them off. I found mine on sale for $8 Canadian. I've even slept in mine a few times by accident because I forgot about it. I hand wash without softener and hang dry or use a low/medium heat hair dryer if I'm suddenly in a rush. I hope maybe I found you a way to be both comfy and able to wear whatever style top you want. Hugs
