I have had this off and on. Feels like little razor blade cut! I am not sure, but I have noticed that when I eat a lot of grapes this happens. Can that be? Hmmmm...
yes Fibro makes all your nerves hypersensative & painful, some more than others. I have found if you can find the culprit & deal with that stimulus, also always drink water with meals. e.g. dry toast, pineapple, hard nuts, honeycomb-
It usually comes from the irritation by something in your mouth. Drink water at night. I have SICCA syndrome, ( I'm sicker than you lol !) It means dry mouth, throat, nose, sinuses & even vagina- is nothing sacred ?? It can be standalone or part of Sjogrens - auto-immune Disease. If you wake in front of TV with v dry mouth get tested for sleep apnoea & SICCA. All the best.
