Does anyone else have constant pain between shoulder blades? No matter what I try it feels like the pain is still there and never completely goes away

I have a Shiatsu massage cushion attached to a chair that I take care of those knots with. Bought it 25 years ago and it's been my massage therapist ever since lol

I get terrible neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Have you tried deep tissue massage or acupuncture? It may help. I get muscle knots through the whole area. Best thing I ever bought is a Theracane and a trigger point workbook...it’s the only thing I’ve found that allows me to relieve the knots myself. Good luck.

Yes....in one little spot the size of a finger print. It never goes away completely and feels like someone is poking my back waaaayyy too hard. Also have a near constant ache beneath my left shoulder blade but this is most likely from a back injury a few years ago rather than FM.

I tried both dry needling (effective) and trigger point injections (super effective but ONLY if injected using the aid of a sonogram).

Hugs...🦋⚘🦋
