Yes, I get them in my toes, feet, and calf muscles. I drink about 6oz of Gatorade a day and then I'm fine.

Roll your foot over a tennis ball to release the muscle tightness.

My doctor had to put me on potassium I was having cramps so bad on my left side up under my rib cage like someone was trying to pull my ribs out without giving me pain medicine. So I take potassium a day once in the morning and once at night before I go to bed.

Perhaps due to low potassium. That was my reason. After adding potassium to my vitamins I take cramping in my feet and legs stopped.

I used to have them daily, sometimes all day. My feet, calves, inner thigh, buttocks, back...seemed nothing would resolve exception being a slight relief in a hot bath or shower. Magnesium, ph water, chiropractor, change of stimulous, not driving for a couple years, lots of walking.....now, I have different fibro issues, but not even close to the same. Good riddens charlie horses!
