I seem to have perceived weakness, coordination and balance issues. Anyone else? It is just so bothersome.

Members connected over shared experiences of balance issues, weakness, and coordination problems, with many describing dropping things daily, veering into walls, and needing to hold onto grocery carts or use canes to stay steady. Several members shared that these symptoms come and go unpredictably, often worsening with pain or fatigue, and noted the anxiety of wondering whether it's fibromyalgia or something else like MS, especially when symptoms overlap. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of feeling unsteady in public, the fear of falling, and the comfort found in knowing others face the same frustrating, unpredictable challenges.

Yes. Started with weakness in my arms and hands yesterday!! Also dizziness and balance issues 24/7. Also migraines.

I’m sorry, Kimberly. Sometimes I swoop and sway all over the place, and on those days I certainly don’t go anywhere. If I have to go the supermarket, at least I can hold on tightly to the grocery cart. I wish I could take the cart everywhere; I might get out more often. 🙃

Prayers for a better day tomorrow! 🙏🏻🙂

You know, it seems like there are very few symptoms that aren’t part of fibromyalgia.
How did we get so lucky! 🥴
