Members connected over the shared experience of unpredictable dizziness episodes, with many describing feelings of being pushed, swirling sensations, or a sense of falling inside their heads that can occur while sitting, standing, or bending over. Several members shared coping strategies including sitting down immediately, holding onto something stable, moving slowly from lying to standing in stages, and simply closing their eyes until the episode passes. A recurring theme was the frustration of not knowing when dizziness will strike and the question of whether it's tied to fibromyalgia, low blood pressure, or other underlying conditions like vertigo or neck injuries.

Yes, it happens often. I can just be sitting, standing or walking and feel like someone pushed me. I was dizzy every day all day long for years. It finally let up where it isn't all the time now.

Missa, ALL OF THE TIME! I have very low blood pressure and my heart rate is super fast. I have to move around my bed and sit then a couple more times doing this until I feel it's safe to get up to walk. The next I can be fine. I really hate it. We need to find out if the others deal with this problem too.

Here too. I call them swirlys. No idea why or when. I just deal when they show up

I get those often, I just have to close my eyes and wait for it to go away. I cut an MRI (I think that's the right one) and they said that there's nothing wrong with my brain and sent me on my way
