I do! Sometimes by legs are just like jelly and once my leg gave out and I fell!
I do in my left foot it has been going on forever. I know or believe it to be plantar faciitis so have been going through exercises to help relieve it for I know the alternatives. I have had surgery for this on this foot. My right foot goes numb and has been going numb most of last year and now this year. No one seems to know what is up.
I hate to toss it as fibro for I feel we tend to blame fibro for stuff that we shouldn't but not sure what else could be causing it.
Yes I have been working on my lower back and flanks and it's helping with my legs but feet are a problem they have those nasty Knotts on the sides and right through the middle it's painful and the heels have serious nerve pain which I think is coming from back of the legs and ankles. The legs are so hard I am trying to break that hardness down by sliding of the bed putting weight on my legs a little at a time as I cannot squat but I don't go too far as I cannot get up my arms and shoulders are also a problem cheers Kerry
Yes. Sometimes bad sometimes bearable. It goes back and forth even with exercising and !medications
Yes. This is when I have to rest with my legs elevated. I also use a cane now to help with walking. Long showers with epsom salt body wash help sometimes.
