Want to have a real party? Allow a doctor to talk you into an EMG. They actually heard me all over the office. I felt like I had lost my soul and went to Hell. Never, ever again!! I am so used to being in pain I totally forgot I could not have an EMG like a normal person.

Not sure what acupuncture “pen” is, but I’ve done acupuncture several times and it definitely relieves pain. Although as someone already mentioned, unless you do regularly it’s temporary relief. It does last longer than taking OTC pain killers. I think I get relief for about a week or more.

Lately, I have been using
FLEX-ITS muscle stimulator in TENS setting at home and that really helps relax tight muscles. I use every 2-3 days. This device is especially helpful at night.

Blessings,
Zoes :)

Think I'll stay away from that one. Don't need anymore electrical impulses that's for sure
