So, I have a lot of pain (as we all), and I know the fact that stress can cause pain, but is there a form of weather, a certain kind of food, or any specifics? I'm a bit newer to the Fibromyalgia community, so all opinions are welcomed. Thanks!

Damp cold is my worst humidity close 2nd. Stress and over doing.
Humidity is the worst for me and hot weather
No food effects mine, cold yes extreme, mood don't effect mine either normally I'm hurting is when I get a bad mood. Research has now found depression does not cause fibromyalgia BUT THAT the Fybromyalgi and being locked inside your body causes the depression. I've had this 12 years I get upset when I read most the research cause it's not accurate usually backwards " for me " and 5 other ppl ik with severe fibromyalgia..like push threw the pain lol. There is no pushing threw the pain when you can't lift your own arm or limbs...I wonder whom is in the studies,I'd LOVE to meet them...as a matter of fact 7 docs have told me opiod dont work or you'd have to increase on that..nope that is false they do help and once you are gaged correctly for a few years you might go down 10 mg..in warmer weather and after you learn your fibromyalgia...I hope this helps, hope I don't offend anyone but most 9f all every case of fibromyalgia is unique for sure but one thing we all have in common is the un comprehensible pain we suffer until we find proper care from an educated physician..
Some say cold damp weather makes it worse. Caffeine and Sugar are said to be bad also. Personally, I can't pinpoint what causes flare ups. Hope you feel better soon!
I have found that Vitamin D3 helps, get your levels checked!
@JilAlynMcMurray... that's very helpful to me - that you've noticed barometric fluctuations Of 10゚ or more 🤗
I plan to chart various weather and health criteria to identify triggers for myself.
