I always get this really weird type of pain where my legs are really achy but its not a painful type of ache. I don't know if this makes sense but I would really like to know if this happens to anyone else?

Members strongly validated the experience of having an uncomfortable ache that doesn't quite feel painful, with many sharing that they experience this same puzzling sensation in their legs, arms, hips, and hands. Several members connected these symptoms to restless leg syndrome, describing a deep ache that can't be relieved by stretching and sharing remedies like loose clothing, heat pads, and even the surprisingly effective folk remedy of placing a bar of soap between bedsheets. A recurring theme was the unpredictable and varied nature of fibromyalgia sensations, with members emphasizing that an ache is indeed a type of pain and encouraging exploration of the wide range of possible fibromyalgia symptoms.

I would have never thought to describe the ache in my legs like that, but thats exactly it. I also get similar ache in my wrists and hands.

I have 'restless leg syndrome'. It sounds like what your explaining. Google it. See if it sounds like what your experiencing. It's very common with fibro. I know this sounds crazy, but put a bar of soap (like dove, etc.) between your sheets at night, see if that helps. If you experience the symptoms at night. If not you can try it anyway. I don't know why it works but it does! I'm not the only one who has had relief from this. It's worth a try!

Before I was diagnosed I use to go to a fibro support group. I was mainly going for my CF. I told them I didn’t think I had fibro because I had only aches at that time but not the pain. The nurse who was in charge told me an ache is a pain. Later I started getting the tender point pains so I do understand what you mean.

Yes I do too. As well as a lot of other symptoms and what others have expressed above. If you google fibromyalgia symptoms you will be amazed at the possible symptoms 🤗🤗🤗

That is a good way to describe it. No quite restless legs but uncomfortable.
