Cervical Neck Or Chiropractic Pillow?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone tried a cervical neck or chiropractic pillow? I've been through many pillows, but I'm looking to keep my head in correct alignment while I sleep... any suggestions?

The best and I mean the friggin best pillow that has helped with my Fibro and my migraines is the pillow Sleep Country’s selling, Polar Tropic Pillow. It takes a minute to get use to and it’s very expensive at $200, I liked it so much and it’s improved my sleep so I bought a second one on their 2 for 1 sale and gave it to my son, he has bad neck problems. He teared up because it helped him so much.

Temperpedic pillow is only one that’s helped. I’ve used one for many years.

I have used a My Pillow for years. Take it with me everywhere. Only thing that keeps me from waking up with a severe stiff neck

@A MyFibroTeam Member, have you tried a contoured pillow? This is similar to the one I have. Between the pillow and having my neck adjusted by a chiropractor at least once a month has helped a lot.
