Hi there. I had elevated levels of B vitamins. My NP told me to cut back but my rheumatologist said he wasn't worried about the levels 😏 go figure. What was scarier was when I kept having low sodium levels 😲. Ugh! I'm a wateraholic drink, gulp, sip all day habit I got into after most of my left kidney was removed due to cancer. It's a hard habit to break good thing it's not vodka! πŸ˜πŸ˜‹. Take care ❣ L

Interesting. I just started taking biotin which I believe is B6. It really upset my stomach.

I am low in B6 and have to take supplements for it. I also have to take B6, B12, and Folic Acid for APS.
