Once I find out they’re benign I won’t mind them as much. Yes, they’ll still be annoying, but if I know it’s not caused by disease I’ll have more peace of mind.

Twitching is part of fibro symptoms, I have been twitching 13 years, started on my back at kidney area. Twiching is often visible. Face, arms, tigh muscles. There are good days or bad days. Progressive muscle relaxation, warm bath, meditation, magnesium, light streaching, possibly low dose clonazepam 0.25 mg occasionally. Also check your medication side effects, some has twitching as side effect listed.

I've had them for 6 months ... some days are worse. Neurologist said they are benign but they are so annoying and stressful

I’m going to have an EMG for twitches. Upon physical examination no abnormalities were found.
