Hi. Does anyone have inconsistent pain under the shoulder blades/blade? It's kind of throbbing /spiky pain that hurts mostly when move my arm and its more local then spread all over the shoulder

Me as well but that was the start of this lovely I’llness of fibro! I had three shoulder surgeries and was harassed steadily by WSIB and that caused my fibro as far as I’m concerned! Both my rotator cuffs are fully torn again but they won’t operate cause my shoulders are such a mess! Maybe when I’m 65 they might give me new shoulders but right now I’m too young at 57! Lol. Anyway, now I guess you’ll see why my shoulders are usually one of my worst pains!
