I also get chills and hot flashes. Stress makes all my symptoms worse. My pain moves around. It may stay in my hips for a month or so . then it will be in my knee, then move somewhere else. When I bump into something the pain is so bad.

I do get the chills during a fibro flare and I get the chills even when I'm not in a flare as well. It starts out like a quiver in my body as if the room temp just dropped 8Β° and if I dont get myself warmed up fast, it turns into a full body spasm/convulsing. About the time I get it all under control, I start having a damn hot flash and I feel like I am burning up from a fever and I break out in a sweat. This is non stop, constant, 24/7. I feel like my main task now is trying to maintain a comfortable body temperature. I can be freezing cold and in a minute I will go to very hot and tearing off my clothes. I actually wear a tank top year round. I use a baby soft crocheted shawl to quickly wrap myself up or unwrap, depending on what my internal thermostat is doing. When it started....10 years ago, it was maddening but now, I just try to go with it and do what I have to in order to be comfy. πŸŽ„πŸŽBe well πŸŽπŸŽ„

Yes, I get internal chills and cannot warm up unless I sit in a Hot bath. Then I may be hot with a rash 2 hours later. This only happens when I am in a flare. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I get this too. I can't seem to figure out why though.
