I try to avoid surgery completely. I have done 6 months at 2x a week with great results. I do warm water pool therapy 😍 for over 18 years. I can stretch my back out. Swimming is best exercise. That is my goal in summer to swim in the regular pool. Sometimes that doesn't happen but it's okay . I keep getting medical massages and that also helps to work the aches out. I also believe we are lacking magnesium and b Vitamins so I add those to my daily pills. Also Vitamin D is lacking please get these checked out with your doctor appointment. I found softness is very important so I use fabric softener. Matress plays a big role with sleeping. I have a foam , gel and springs. Pets are very important to help us.
