Anyone experience buttock pain and pain in the hamstrings that's made worse the longer you sit?
I end up standing up just to relieve it
Try foam rolling your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calf muscles. Then sit on the floor legs straight out, grab your toes/feet, hold the stretch for 10 seconds, then push/flex your feet forward while still holding them for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Do this daily, even after the discomfort eases.
Me too. Have for years. Canโt sit or stand for any length of time. It is really annoying!
Yes!!! Constantly!! Driving is the Devil!!! Lyrica has helped with that but not eliminated it. Long drives or sittings are terrible
Driving , yes that's a killer . That's when I first became aware of the pain , driving 2 1/2 hours across london to a job I was doing in the summer .
