I have. My ND recommended it and it works well. Make sure it’s pure. It helps.

I actually wrote a post about Vit E for that part of body recently!
I use for IC irritation and dryness in vaginal and urethral area.

Nothing I’ve tried heals as well as vit E. Just have to keep using 2-3x day for best results. And I agree purest form of vit E oil best.

I apply vit E oil on cotton swabs and use around urethral area and for vaginal lubrication. My skin hasn’t felt dry or cracked in a while.

However I find it’s more useful for IC flares —it reduces topical and pelvic pain, but I still get bad Fibro pain 😩

I guess for me it’s sometimes hard to tell if flares are only IC or only fibro or both. They both can make you feel so run down and feverish, at least this has been my experience lately.

I do also have an estrogen cream that definitely does help. But I don’t use it every night.

When I had my recent episode, my GP prescribed an estrogen tab to be inserted into the vagina. She also gave me an estrogen cream to apply around that area so you certainly can apply stuff there. The Vitamin E helps. I had a bottle of pure oil but you can break open a capsule and use that too.
