What kind of CBD oil do you use? Pictured below is the CBD oil I use. It contains no THC. I am thinking I need the CBD oil to have a little THC in it so I’m asking for recommendations?

Members discussed their experiences with CBD oil for fibromyalgia pain, with many sharing that products without THC provided little relief, while others emphasized that higher milligram strengths or full-spectrum formulas work better, and that it takes about a week to build up in the system. Several members highlighted the legal complexities and workplace restrictions around THC content, with one member sharing the frustrating experience of having pain medication cut after testing positive for THC despite its upcoming legalization in their state. A recurring theme was the importance of understanding the difference between hemp-derived and marijuana-derived CBD, checking state laws and workplace policies, and exploring alternative topical options like Blue Emu cream when CBD alone does not provide enough relief.

I also use Lazarus Naturals high potency tincture. It has 50mg of CBD per milliliter...I get the cbd isolate but they also make a full spectrum formula(uses the whole plant)

Hi, it takes a week to build up in your system, and steadily increase it until you’re u get relief. I know others sleep well on the cbd/THC 1% combo. But it’s too sedating for daytime. I use C.V.Sciences Plus CBD oil for past year.

I used emu cream/oil for pain in my knees after knee replacement surgery. I bought it from a gal at work who actually raised emus on her farm. It did work fine for me.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, there are 2 types of CBD oil. Hemp-derived CBD products (with less than 0.3 percent THC) are legal on the federal level, but are still illegal under some state laws. Marijuana-derived CBD products are illegal on the federal level, but are legal under some state laws. It looks like there are legal dispensaries in PA. They are licensed by the state to display and sell CBD with a higher level of THC content. So If you had a medical marijuana card/license you could purchase CBD oil with THC

Cbd oil does not give you a” high” even if there is 1% thc. It also does not show up on blood tests. Marijuana is not legal where I live, cbd oil is fine!
