Cymbalta isn’t good for everyone. Just make sure you research anything the doctor puts you on, you have to be your own advocate because most doctors just throw pills at you
In the morning I take 2 Tramadol and 3 Excedrin before I get out of bed. I also have ADHD and hashimotos, so I take Armour thyroid and Vyvanse as well.
I take iodine, vitamin d, and an adrenal support supplement after breakfast to help with my energy.
I will take Excedrin or tramadol during the day as needed.
In the evening I take Clonazepam to help with stiffness and stress.
Before bed I take Cymbalta, and an every other night an iron supplements. I've got it down after trying for a couple of years to get the right routine.
I still have times every 6 weeks or so when things are really bad and nothing is working, and I'm in bed for a week or 2.
I take amitriptyline. I think it helps because my pain is a bit better. ( still there but better ) I’ve been on the drug for about six weeks. It does help me get a better nights sleep and also helps control my IBS.
I agree, Penelope. Most doctors have preconceived notions about everything. They are pretty useless unless you have a textbook diagnosis.
