I HATE showering and put it off as long as I can!! I don’t like not showering but it’s just too much! Pain in my arms is brutal and shampooing my hair, almost impossible! Sweating when I get out which makes me wonder why I even showered? Takes so much out of me physically!! The list goes on as I sit here putting off the shower I need to have immediately! Big gentle hugs to all my common sufferers!!!

Recently the shower spray feels like needle points hitting my skin. I was wondering "what happened to my shower head," but the more accurate question might be, "is my fibro worsening (again)?"
