Does Anyone Have Trouble With Lower Legs?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

When I walk my calf muscles lock up and I can hardly walk. More recently its my feet and the tops also. I don't know if this is related to fibro or not?

What is your knowledge on “Fascia”?

Next time your feet hurt, roll your foot over a tennis ball, as your foot adjusts apply more pressure until your foot feels loose, repeat for the other foot.
Use a massage stick and roll over your calf muscles daily, then when you feel well enough, try foam rolling your hamstrings and quads.

I know the feeling. Like you’re walking carrying weights on your legs and possibly might fall. And putting pressure on your feet hurts so much, feet feel warm/burn.

Yeah I also have RA and it's hard to differentiate what pain is for which one. So frustrating because my dr doesn't listen or explain much.
