Has anyone tried RFA (radio frequency ablation)?

Did it help?
If so, for how long ?
Did it cause a flare?

I'm trying desperately to avoid long term disability and looking at all the options.

I had that for spine to rib pain but that was for a particular vertebral issue. It didn't help much for me. However, for other spine issues I had the O2 and a couple of cortisone injections and that did help. I don't know whether that is a solution for fibromyalgia, however. Best wishes
