YES--I've broken 2 teeth in the last 4 months and I've constantly got cavities despite brushing twice a day and using a fluoride rinse. I too have dry mouth and my dentist says it's a constant struggle.

Are you able to use lidocaine? Last week I was prescribed Magic Mouthwash for a very bad sore throat, but it is also used for mouth pain. It has lidocaine and also diphenhydramine. Unfortunately my insurance didn't cover it, but it did have a bit of a numbing effect. Or you could try Cloraseptic mouth spray.
I feel for you, I just had a molar our 3 weeks ago.

Always keep your favorite gum or mints. I love lifesaver wintergreen mint. Also I carry Bio teen spray as well as the mouthwash. The dry mouth along with fishers tongue has literally ruined my teeth. I have thousands of dollars in my teeth and they just continue to crumble.

I have dry mouth all the time, I go to bed with a tumbler of ice water on my nightstand because I wake up in the middle of the night with my mouth feeling like cotton is in there. I also have chronic dry eye, I have tear duct plugs in and use RESTASIS daily. I don’t know if those are fibromyalgia symptoms because I had those problems since 2005 when I was diagnosed with lupus and Sjogrens. Sjogrens definitely causes dry eyes and mouth. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2014.
