IBS Ans Fibro
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I would like to know if you have IBS with your Fibro? And what do you do to help that or find most helpful?

IBS is the worst. you never know when it may occur. I've tried keeping a mental log of what causes it. I was never lactose intolerant until I had FM. What I notice is that when I have a "blowout" it takes me two days to recover. it really saps the energy right out of me.

Yes. I developed IBS and Coeliac disease after having a traumatic marriage and divorce.
