Members shared their experiences with debilitating foot pain, with many suspecting neuropathy as the cause and describing sensations ranging from burning and stabbing to deep aching that makes walking nearly unbearable. Several members offered practical relief strategies, including magnesium spray foam (particularly the Theraworx brand), Epsom salt soaks, daily magnesium supplements, supportive insoles, physical therapy exercises, and limiting time on feet during flare-ups. A recurring theme was the isolating nature of invisible pain and the importance of seeing a doctor for proper diagnosis, while also finding comfort in knowing others truly understand the struggle.

I have neuropathy on top of right foot after having severe case of shingles that lasted 5 mos. The only thing that I have found for some relief is Magnesium spray foam. I put it on everyday, sometimes more, it is accumulative, so you have to use it consistently. The body absorbs magnesium faster and more efficiently topically. And magnesium supplement daily! I hope you get some relief soon. Sending healing hugs🦋🌸🦋, Deb

I thinks it's neuropathy. That's how my feet feel and my doctor says it's neuropathy, but I've never been tested for it.

Linda🌸... the brand I use is Theraworx. Some local drugstores sell it and you can get it on line. They have the spray and lotion, but didn’t help me. The spray foam has helped. Use it every day. I use mine at night before bed because my neuropathy acts up worse at night. Use liberally until you find right amount for you. I really hope it helps you! At first it’s accumulative, so may take few times, be diligent😊. I hope you find some relief soon. Sending hugs to you🦋💜🦋, Deb

@A MyFibroTeam Member Just read you used Magnesium spray foam for your foot. I've started soaking my feet in Epsom salt. I'm glad the foam is helping you.
Decided I was going to make an appointment with my foot doctor to see
if anything else was going on with feet..Several years ago I had steroid
shots in both feet for Mortons Neuroma.....most painful shots I've ever had.
What is the brand of spray foam that you use?.....I think I will purchase some
to have on hand. Take care, Linda

My feet hurt so bad when I walk, that was one of my bizarre symptoms that started years ago and still messes with me now. And the top. I am thinking it is just the nerves overdone but not sure. I have found no relief for the burning, aching, stabbing, jabbing feelings they get. I have to stay off my feet as much as possible when it happens and I noticed that if I am on my feet too long it acts up. Strange but real pain/sytmptoms. Gentle Hugs.
