Fibromyalgia And Food Allergy/intolerance/sensitivity, Low Fodmap Diet And ZYTO
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have read that people with fibro have more bad bacteria in the stomach than good bacteria, which results in food allergy/intolerance/sensitivity and IBS. Per today I have about 80 different food that I have to stay away from, just want to let you know I don't take medication, so that is not the reason. I have also read that people with fibro also get easily stressed, that is me, LOL. And all this other stuff that follows the fibro people. The ZYTO that I did at my herbalist, told me so much… read more

@A MyFibroTeam Member Please, don't feel bad, we all need to be critical and for those who have read both of our answers, can see both sides of it. My experience with the ZYTO has been mind-blowing correct, it also explain things I have taken up with the doctor and the doctor have had no answer to give me because the doctor didn't know. It is so good to get an answer and be able to take care of the problem. I had a neurologist that worked with me and my vitamins/minerals and herbs that I am taking, but he is retired now. I am critical to doctors/chiropractors/physiotherapists/herbalists and so on until I know they don't want me any harm and I see they know what they are doing and this is not a business for them. It is good to take a look at both sides and I think it is very important.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I looked up the sites and one was for young living essential oil and ZYTO. The other one was Stephen Barrett M.D. he is a psychiatrist that seems to be skeptical to everything that is not western medicine. E.g. I wouldn't go to an acupuncturist that is a nurse and gone 4-8 weeks to learn about acupuncture, I would go to one that has gone 6-8 years to become an acupuncturist. This is the difference between the ZYTO programs too.

A year ago I started to have problems every day with my stomach and I didn't know why, until I realized my magnesium/calcium had turmeric in it, and that little turmeric was enough for me to react. I have taken magnesium/calcium for years, but I have changed. Life happens and you change. Doctors have diagnosed me wrong/don't know what it is and my herbalist have helped me taken care of the problems. Yes, I have used my herbalist for nine years, but he can not foresee the future.
Thank you for the info about the web site and I will forward it to my herbalist.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been ill since your visitor. I know all too well what “energy stealer” means 🙁 I had one in my life, I cut all ties. It makes life a little easier when you remove toxic people from your life.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I don't see him that often, last time 9-12 months ago and since I have fibro and life happens, things in my body changes. Yes, I should see him every 3 months to keep up with my health. This spring I felt great, but I got a visitor this summer and that person took all my energy and I have been sick since. This is what I mean life happens. That person was a energy stealer and I didn't know and I let it go too far before I went to my herbalist. I have a high tolerance for pain and doctors have told me that is not a good thing for me with my health problems.
