I’m really lucky to keep ahead of them. I also drink small glass of cranberry juice every day also without sugar and not the cocktail juice. I can’t drink coffee or soda or it sets one off. I can catch it quick though. I drink water all day long everyday. Hope you feel better. 💐💐💐💐💐
Yes, it seems many people with Fibro get UTI’s. I agree with Vic.. Cranberry juice, no sugar in it.. drink it when you feel one starting to come on.... I always have cranberry juice on hand... I haven’t had one in some time, but the cranberry juice has defineately stopped a few UTI’s for me. My Dr I had years ago, in my 20’s, told me to drink plain cranberry juice for it. It reeeeally helps😊!
Yes, it’s very common for some. I’ve had to drink a small amount of cranberry juice, without sugar, on a daily basis for years to keep them at bay. Also I watch my sugars. I can’t go above 20 grams a day or I get one. Olga, if you have one now..flood it with cranberry juice for a few days. Go to doctor if no relief. I sympathize with you.
Above recommended apple cider when taking baths helps to guard you from infections.🤗🤗🤗
I also have interstitial cystitis, I hope you don’t have it because it is very painful, I also have IBS. My doctor says that they are all intertwined.
Turns out it’s not a UTI, it’s possibly something called Interstitial Cystitis, which I certainly hope it is not. I read up on it and it seems it’s common in people with autoimmune diseases and FMS and especially IBS. I do have IBS so maybe I’m at a greater risk. So disheartening.... another nasty symptom to deal with. 😢
