Many community members confirmed experiencing pins and needles sensations in their hands, feet, arms, and calves, affirming that this nerve-related symptom is a common and debilitating part of fibromyalgia. Several members shared strategies that have helped them find relief, including CBD or THC products (with one member recommending Lazarus Naturals), gentle leg exercises and stretching, massage, staying active to improve blood flow, and medications like Neurontin. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a doctor to rule out other causes like neuropathy, carpal tunnel, or more serious conditions, while also recognizing that this uncomfortable sensation is part of the wider nerve pain associated with fibromyalgia.

Yes, I have this all the time -mostly feet & hands. Makes it hard to walk & manual dexterity is a thing of the past. It's scary & certainly adds to the debilitation caused by having fibro. My doctor seems to be clueless. Having read these posts I now know for sure it's part of fibromyalgia. Thank you all.

Hi, yes I get pins and needles, Mainly when I cough or go into this horrible sneeze thing I can get them right through my body. I don’t know what you can do, other than doctor as I use THC to help me, but I don’t know if you want more meds! It’s a horrible feeling and it scares me as goes across my heart and chest if sick!
I haven’t been any help, so sorry, but wanted you to know I get them too! Love šŸ’— Rosie

I've had it for years-long before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but they did the usual tests for carpal tunnel syndrome but it wasn't that I had that done twice and on the last time the person who did the test said to me maybe you have fibromyalgia, and that's when they diagnosed me so it's all part and parcel of this.

Sounds like a good idea. I have pins and needles in my extremities from time to time. I do leg exercises and stretching. It seems to help. Hugs xxx.

Yes i have it in both feet & both hands. It's neuropothy, all part of the fibro. You can take the cbd oil that helps. My son in law works in the emergency room & my daughter used to. She checked this company out for me said it sounded real good, not like the stuff they claim alot of times are real in stores etc.. anyways they also give 60% discounts for those on disability etc.. it's not supposed to show up on blood tests. Ive been on it for approx 4 months. Company is called "Lazarus Naturals". Hope this helps someone
