Members confirmed that pelvic pain can absolutely be part of fibromyalgia, with many sharing their own experiences of chronic pelvic discomfort despite negative test results for other conditions like endometriosis or infections. Several members described their pain as tender to the touch, often accompanied by lower back pain near fibro tender points, bladder issues, and sensitivity in areas like below the belly button or the vulva. A recurring theme was the frustration of undergoing multiple tests and specialist visits only to find nothing, leading many to conclude that fibro was the likely culprit after ruling out other causes.

Yes - I had it before my fibro diagnosis. Had all kinds of tests too - all negative. Now I call it vulvodynia & think it's part of my fibro.

I just posted a question similar to this. I've had it for a long time. It does get worse now on my period. My stomach just above that area is tender too. Same feeling as pelvic area. I've had surgery there many years ago.

Yes, but my GYN told me I have a pelvis disorder and sent me to PT. I had to go to a pelvic specialist. McKenzie exercises seem to help me. Oh and I found out I have a collapsed bladder whatever that is, I'm still researching all of my illnesses.
