Yes it can. I get the migraines when my neck starts hurting from spasms. They don't go away on their own. I have to take real strong pills for the headaches as soon as It starts. If it gets to a certain point I wind up in the ER for the injections. My sinuses cause the headaches also. I can tell the difference in the type of headache.That determines which meds I take

I wonder if a flare can cause migraines? Mine has lasted 3 weeks.

My neurologist says that all of this is caused by migraines. He calls it migraine syndrome. It manifests as pain, tingling, weak feelings- all in the body.
