Shortness Of Breath
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

For about two weeks now i have felt short of breath, but not the way you would think. It's not hard to take a breath, but to actually breathe through my nose. I feel like my nose is clogged, but its not...there is no congestion. Its really scary..I'm just so freaked out.

Sometimes we get a loose bit of skin inside the nose that can block the passages when you breathe, i know my husband has the problem, but only when he lays on his right side, he can't breathe through his nose, and if asleep he starts breathing through his mouth, which then becomes very dry and sore, or if you have a crooked septum, it can cause the same problems, Love Jacque OXOX

@A MyFibroTeam Member could it be your job, not being funny. I had sick building syndrome when i worked at a particular store. Ear nose throat doctor said most likely mold. He was right we had a leak in the ceiling in ther back room for years. They fixed the roof, i built up immunity again and stopped getting infections

You don't say weather this blocked nose happens standing up, or laying down, and if laying what side does it happen on, left or right, or when laying on your back, Jacque OXOX
