I have this as well. Burning pain in my lower back and hips, weakness in my upper legs, pain in my left knee, and diarrhea/bowel incontinence. quite debilitating. The pain disturbs my sleep. If I lay in one position to long the burning pain wakes me up and I am pinned to the bed, but I have to try to find a comfortable position....
The weakness in my thighs was my first noticeable symptom of fibro, 10 years ago. It has progressed since then, to the point I am at now.

I have had the same thing on both legs. I was told it is sciatica but after 5 years it's gotten worse so I'm wondering can it be part fibro and part ra?
