I have been reading and watching a lot of documentary films on the affects of sugar and other processed food have on the body. Has anyone reduced or eliminated processed foods such as sugar? Thoughts?

I have been on the anti-inflammatory diet for about a year. While it does not totally eliminate my pain, it helps a lot.
Imagine what it would be like without good nutrition. You only have to read some of the remarks on here.
I feel as though I have flu today. No reason I can think of but I never ever feel depressed or in despair. I just feel rough for a day then it moves on to something else
I also take magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin D. I eat a lot of leafy greens, and fresh fruit and veggies. I STILL have periods of complete exhaustion, too.

I don't eat processed foods at all and take no pain killers
I think painkillers cause as many problems as they are supposed to help
My diet consists of fruit, oats, seeds, nuts, huge salads, protein and maybe a slice or two of bread if I decide to have scrambed or poached eggs. I do eat kefir for gut bacteria but nothing that is premade boxed or canned
