I have occupational therapy every day, physical therapy twice a week and I still find that I have issues with balance standing up to do dishes....

@A MyFibroTeam Member when I first started getting sick my doctor wanted to try physical therapy before hip surgery (which everyone else was pushing) and I don’t think I’ve ever been stronger. I think I’m going to try and start that up again with a professional who knows how to help people like us. That’s why I don’t go to the gym or get a personal trainer

I am on physical therapy to start new exercise level. She recommended to used a balance ball!

It is a very slow go, but I use a full body vibration machine daily, use shake weights and super bands for resistance and stretching on days I can handle it. The Gazelle, by far, has been one of the best machines for low-impact full body training and cadio I have used -- and it's FUN!!
