I find any temperature above 70 degrees (indoors and outdoors) unbearably hot- it’s almost like my internal thermostat is turned up WAY too high.
When I went for a walk to look at Christmas lights with my family last Christmas Eve, I had to take off my coat and scarf because I was sweltering. I was wearing a tank top in 40 degree weather!!

Me too!! Anything above70 degrees especially in the house. It is a terrible feeling though. If I feel to warm it can set off a panic attack.💜🌻
@A MyFibroTeam Member That describes me exactly. I live in Florida, and our electric bill is insane because I can't tolerate any temperature extremes. If I get too hot I get extremely nauseous, and if I get too cold, my pain flares up. Those two things frequently happen on the same day :(
I alternate between hot and cold.. I actually get chills.. later I am hot. I am very sensitive to extreme hot and cold temperatures. I cannot be outside much in the summer or winter months...
I am the same way. I burn up when everyone else is cold. I sweat in 40 + temps.I guess it is a fibro symptom.I feel even worse when the temps get above 75.
