I will be talking to someone and start to tell them something I read or saw and I can’t think of the name of what it is I am telling them about. It is embarrassing at times. I have noticed that this happens when I am not able to sleep for several nights in a row due to my fibromyalgia pain.

I have this problem even with sleep. Lol it is very embarrassing. It makes me feel like maybe I should just keep my mouth shut. Gentle hugs

Absolutely. No sleep for several nights will make a person without fibro forget names, words and everything else. Add fibro to a few nights of no sleep and I forget my own name....almost. I will stare at whats in front of me and not know what it is. It will just be things and I won't be able to identify or sort or think for that matter.

Yes all the time, I am especially bad with names, but good with faces. I do randomly say the wrong word and have to correct myself often.

I know me too. I know the word just can't get it out!
