Yes most definitely. I feel like the inside of my throat is chronically swollen. I also feel that my nodes near my throat and ears are constantly tender. Anyone else have this?
@A MyFibroTeam Member @A MyFibroTeam Member Apple cider vinegar helps with acid reflux and so does a few well chewed almonds. Apple Cider vinegar with the mother in it is best , not the synthetic stuff. Braggs makes a good one .
Sometimes yes. And some rare scary times I will get spasms and foamy stuff comes out of my throat. I gag and almost choke on it . I'm miserable for quite a long time . Ruins my dinner of course.
I was taking meds for the acid reflux but it was keeping my food from digesting so I quit taking it. I also have seen many articles showing that they have decided those are not good to take long-term. I'm doing ok since I cut out dairy and made sure I am not getting soy. If I get indigestion I take a little baking soda.

I also have had BAD acid reflux for 20+ years. I have had my esophagus stretched twice. I am on prescription acid reflux and take a mild muscle relaxer twice a day.
