I cycle around . In some respects some symptoms are better as in my pain levels for the most part. and so very thankful for that. In other ways , I'm worse.
Cognition issues , concentration levels , multitasking is history ,forget words, how to spell words and the list goes on ....
And all sorts of strange little bothersome symptoms crop up out of the blue.
I do notice that the flares are more frequent although still far apart .
So, progressive ? In some respects , yes.

I did weirdly feel like I was walking on glass for quite a while, then it was gone!! Fibro seems to move around and do strange things, but always painful

Yes I get tingling and numbness also pins and needles and I have found that Fibromyalgia is progressive as the pain has increased and I am having pains in areas I didn't before. 💖

To me it seems progressive because the pain is more wide spread, became bilateral, from occasional became steady, all the time. The intensity of pain and discomfort has been similar between 4-7 on a scale from 1-10.
I have chronically painful areas, others are changing, moving around.
