Members shared a strong consensus that fibromyalgia symptoms have progressed over time, describing increasing pain, spreading discomfort, and strange sensations like tingling, numbness, pins and needles, and the feeling of walking on glass. Several members described how the condition has impacted their daily lives, with some experiencing cognitive issues like memory problems and difficulty concentrating, while others noted cycles of symptom severity with more frequent flares. A recurring theme was resilience and determination, with members fighting to maintain their abilities, seeking treatments like physical therapy, and finding small victories in managing pain even as new challenges emerge.

I cycle around . In some respects some symptoms are better as in my pain levels for the most part. and so very thankful for that. In other ways , I'm worse.
Cognition issues , concentration levels , multitasking is history ,forget words, how to spell words and the list goes on ....
And all sorts of strange little bothersome symptoms crop up out of the blue.
I do notice that the flares are more frequent although still far apart .
So, progressive ? In some respects , yes.

I did weirdly feel like I was walking on glass for quite a while, then it was gone!! Fibro seems to move around and do strange things, but always painful

Yes I get tingling and numbness also pins and needles and I have found that Fibromyalgia is progressive as the pain has increased and I am having pains in areas I didn't before. 💖
