I'm considering cbd (hemp ) oil. Looking for first hand information.
A lot of the members here use it, including me. I have gotten the most benefit by rubbing a cheaper version of the oil over the areas that are bothering me - mainly feet and legs. I take a higher cost version that the P.A. in the office of my Pain Management doctor recommended called Colorado Cures. They say it works best with regular use, but it never has helped me all that much, so I just use it when I am hurting so bad and it's not time to take any of my pain medication.
I started vaping CBD oil almost 2 weeks ago, and it has made a HUGE difference for me. For me it takes away my narcoleptic-like exhaustion. It's incredible to not be falling asleep all throughout the morning/day/evening. I haven't had to sleep during the day at all! It's really exciting and I didn't expect those results at all. I use Canna-Hemp brand's "Focus" oil. They also make formulations for pain, anxiety, sleep. I feel like the one for pain helped but I haven't used that one long enough to say for sure. During a debilitating flare last year I took the oil orally, but I can't say if it helped me via that method or not. I also wasn't taking as much as I should have been then.

I've been using CBD oil under my tongue for a few months now. It seems to take the edge off of pain. There's different concentrations that you can buy. I found that I have done best down the highest concentration. This is the most expensive but you use just a little bit. I put about a fifth of a eyedropper under my tongue for a minute or so before I swallow it. That way it is absorbed faster into your system through your carotid artery instead of having to be digested through your digestive system. I would recommend experimenting a little bit with it and see if it helps you. The people at the dispensary are really nice and helpful. I hope you feel better!
Just saw a news clip about it. They had tested products that claimed to have CBD in them, and found none of then had what it advertised , several had no CBD in them at all! They recommend going to a reliable dispensary, because those products have to meet standards and are reliable in content as opposed to getting something online, or other retail stores. So, I have and do use it, it does work for me. I have bought creams online which did nothing. I learned that state licensed dispensaries are regulated, tested, and must have what it advertises.
