Bad flair after the flu

Doese anyone get a bad flair after getting? I was doing so well for about three months, I got the flu and all of a sudden I am in a bad flair. Did anyone went through this?

I am allways in a flare I live in one. But yes if I get a cold or flu I get even worse. Sorry you have to go through that
