Yes unfortunately I have itching skin at times and very dry skin as well doesn't matter how much moisturizer you use.
All due to Fibromyalgia it affects every part of our body and our minds. π

Try using Calimine lotion on your skin to relieve the itching also use bath products like Aveeno that are made from Oats there is a shower wash and skin moisturizer. You can buy them from the Supermarket.
Hope that helps you may need to take a antihistamine you can get them from the pharmacy.

Try taking a Benadryl to ease the itching and a cortisone cream. Sometimes the itching is a side effect of opioid medication. Good luck and feel better.
Hello everyone, i particularly have pins and needles / itchiness around my tummy , inner legs and thighs and am almost numb on my 2 big toes. What can i do to reduce the symptons. Its a horrible sensation! Thanks.
