Ok, I asked about the burning thighs. Now, I am having tight muscles in my thighs: like they’re stiff. And this is all day, not just morning. Do any of you have the same?

Yes horrible leg feet and hip pain. It hurts wen I stand or walk and now I got it really bad in my butt cheeks and it's so painful to sit very long. So I stand or have to kneel down on something or lay on my side, but that only lasts for 10 mins. But omg the "Butt Cheeks" the pain and burning 😫and I'm on pain meds and they work a little and they the good meds too but it still doesn't work that well but I just heard of a new thing that someone told me about so I googled it and Omg they say it's suppose to help people with fibromyalgia Google it.-----;--Its called. "Red light" therapy

I do. It seems like it never quits. They told me it was neuropathy. How did it go from my feet to my thighs, knees, and hips? Sometimes it is in my back too. I know nerves travel but why is it so bad? I have been driving my son to school in the afternoon and waiting for him. By the time he gets out of school, my legs feel like lead pipes. It is all I can do to walk on them. I usually take bathroom breaks and walk in the building but it still hurts. It feels like my hurting knee is shorter than the other one. LIke I am off balance so it hurts more. Xrays show osteoarthritis. Nothing has been done yet. Then I get home and I am so tired. I just want to sleep and it does no good. I am still tired all the time. Lately, I have been sleeping in the car while he goes to school and I am still dead tired when I get home.

I've had the same leg issues for 2 years I feel like the muscle will tear when I try to bend my legs in such ways but I do the exercises and I have pain down my lower back and my hips and the iron muscle going down each the side of each leg. I suggest you go to physical therapy they'll loosen some of that up but really when I'm doing this it's just to bring me back to a same point I don't feel like it makes me better it just makes me that I can do what I need to do during the day which is very little. All the best to you
