Does anyone else feel like they feet are on fire even if you haven't walked much during the day. What helps soothe the feet guys? Gentle hugs x

Members connected over the frustrating experience of burning feet in fibromyalgia, with many describing sensations ranging from fire-like heat and tingling to pins and needles that can last for weeks or months before mysteriously disappearing on their own. Several members shared practical remedies that have brought them relief, including Biofreeze gel, magnesium supplements or oil, CBD oil, THC lotion, Epsom salt soaks with essential oils, keeping frozen bean bags on hand, and medication like Lyrica for more severe cases. A recurring theme was the unpredictable nature of fibromyalgia symptoms, with many noting that good days are becoming fewer as they age, but finding comfort in knowing they are not alone in this battle.

THC lotion works really well, not sure if you have access to that. Epsom salt soaks works too. Good luck hoping you find some comfort soon.

I have horrible pain in my feet. I have avoided taking any fibro meds for a couple years now but am having no choice. They put me on lyrica which helps some but I have also found cbd oil helps a great deal as well
