Yes have tried CBD oil but the CBD oil you buy over the counter has no THC all it is CBD oil is omega 3, 6 & 9 which is very good for you and omega oil is good for your heart and cholesterol lowering, but the capsules are a bit big
Something to know about CBD is that it takes repetitive use before u really fwell the full affect
For over 2 years I had small painful lumps on my upper arms and thighs as part of my fibro. Tried Cymbalta but had visual disturbance side effects and discontinued it. Six months ago I tried Hemp Oil 50 mg. taking one capsule a day for 30 days and the painful lumps disappeared. Now I only take about 2 a week and am hoping the pain relief will continue. So glad for some relief and am having no side effects from the Hemp Oil.
I have been taking a high potency CBD oil for almost a year. It is pricey.. but prices will come down eventually.. It is great for pain and enabled me to get off all of my other meds which did not work as well and had horrible side effects..I would be on opiods if not for the CBD..it does not address the fibro fog or fatigue..
I have taken CBD oil for two to three months. I went on it since I was on a heavy pain med for years and I was tired of being on it since it only worked 60 to 70 percent of the time and very addictive. Since I been on the oil I been off my oxy for almost a month. I get the same relief I was somewhat getting with the oxy. It did not make the pain go all the way away but I am off that med and for that for me it is worth it. As far as other pain I am still figuring out if it has helped in anyway. So much pain and issues gong on with me since Feb of this year that it is hard to figure out if it is helping elsewhere. Hopefully some of them will calm down where I can determine if the oil is helping in other aspects.
I do have the CBD oil cream and I been using it on my plantar fasciitis and it helps calm the pain a bit to where I am not focus on it.
The pain clinic people suggested I take the oil with my pain meds and a/ that made no difference in the pain and b/ it defeated the purpose of getting off the med.
